- When taking the compatibility test, you must accurately enter your full name and gender that exactly match the information on your passport(or ID Certificate). Any discrepancy will disqualify you from claiming the reward.
- If your compatibility score meets the above reward criteria, you must first complete marriage registration. To claim the reward, you need to submit photos/scans of both parties’ original marriage certificate, passport, and the exact birth time as recorded on both parties’ birth certificates.
