Due to the nature of our offerings—many of which are personalized or custom-made—our return and refund conditions vary by product category. Please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.
- Feng Shui Calculation & Consultation Services
Our Feng Shui calculation, compatibility analysis, and other digital reading services are non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- The report or result has already been generated or sent.
- The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information.
- Dissatisfaction based on interpretation or outcome (as results are subjective and symbolic).
Refund Exceptions
A partial or full refund may be considered only if:
- The service was not delivered according to the agreed timeframe.
- There were technical issues preventing delivery (e.g., duplicate payments, system errors).
Customers must contact us within 24 hours after purchase for review.
- Membership & Subscription Services
Subscription plans grant access to exclusive readings, content, and premium features.
Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
- If there was a system billing error, a refund may be granted within 24 hours of purchase.
- Ritual, Blessing & Spiritual Ceremony Services
These include any remote or on-site rituals, blessings, energy work, fortune enhancement, or spiritual ceremonies.
Non-Refundable
- Ritual services are fully customized and require advance preparation; therefore, payments are non-refundable once the order is processed.
- No refunds will be issued after a ritual has been scheduled or performed.
Rescheduling
- Customers may request a change of date at least 48 hours in advance.
- Physical Products (Non-Custom Items)
These include books, accessories, crystals, spiritual objects, and general merchandise.
Eligibility for Return
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable
- Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Items without original packaging.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Custom-Made Items (e.g., Talismans, Personalized Charms, Custom Feng Shui Products)
Custom items are created specifically for the customer according to their birth details, intentions, or requirements.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
- All custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
- This includes talismans, customized charms, personalized energy items, or any product created based on the customer’s details.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect custom item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A replacement will be provided free of charge.
- Order Cancellation
Before Processing
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if the service or product has not yet been processed.
After Processing
- Once preparation or customization begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.
