This means the product preparation cycle is slightly longer, and items will only be shipped to customers once this process is fully completed.

Due to the need for consecration ceremonies and over three days of energy infusion/activation, the overall product preparation process takes additional time—this impacts delivery timelines. Delivery windows vary by region: 15–20 business days for North America, and 18–24 business days for Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We ship to major countries/regions worldwide (including the U.S., Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Australia, etc.). Remote areas may require an extra 3–5 business days. If you opt for in-depth consecration by senior Taoist priests, an additional 3 business days will be needed.

Important Note: Most of our products are handcrafted. Minor imperfections unique to handcrafted items (such as slight hand-finishing marks, minimal variations in material texture, or millimeter-level size deviations) are normal and do not qualify as quality issues. These cases are not eligible for return. If you still choose to return the item despite this, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If the returned item fails to meet the above policy requirements, it will be sent back to you. Refund Process: Before returning, please email us at syraeastern@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, follow the customer service team’s instructions to ship the item back. After we receive and verify the item meets return conditions, you will receive a refund via your original payment method within 14 business days.
